Is there a host hotel?

Our host hotel is the Hyatt Regency Crown Center, 2345 McGee Street, Kansas City, MO. 64108, (816) 421-1234 . Maps & Directions

Are there discounts available if I'm travelling to Kansas City?

Is there shuttle service from the Kansas City airport to the hotel?

Yes, the shuttle is available from the airport, it is KCI Shuttle 816/243-5000, the cost is $15.00 one way and $25.00 round trip.

 

How do I register for the event?

Register online now! Or print our form and mail in before Sept. 20th.

Where and when is packet pick-up and registration?

Packet pick-up and registration will take palce at Crown Center Exhibit Hall A, connected to the Hyatt Regency Crown Center at the corner of Pershing & McGee, Kansas City , MO. 64108.

Hours:

Thursday, Oct. 16:  4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 17:      10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Do you allow race-day registration and packet pick-up?

No, runners must come to packet pickup on Thursday or Friday.  The last chance to register will be Friday evening at the Expo/packet pick-up.  No race day registration or packet pick-up is allowed.

Can I switch events?

Yes, but remember changes are not allowed on race day. You will have to make any changes before the end of packet pick-up on Friday, Oct. 17th. You may switch before packet pick-up by sending us an email.  No refunds allowed or credit given when switching into a less expensive event. 

 

Do you mail out packets?

No, we do not mail out packets.

Will there be an EXPO?

Yes! Click here for full details. The Expo will be held during Packet Pick-Up, and will feature booths from local and national health and fitness organizations.  In addition, exclusive Waddell & Reed Kansas City Marathon merchandise will be for sale. Will there be a pre-race pasta dinner?

Yes!  Friday night at the we will have a pasta dinner in conjunction with the Health & Fitness Expo.  Purchase your ticket when you sign up online.  More
